I'm Not sure how I feel about these guys. I got Canceled without notice, so did my son but Then they took me back as a Customer...weird!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and their sister company, Gainsco. When I first signed up, the premium seemed reasonable, but every six months, the rate would increase—sometimes by $40 to $60—without any clear explanation or change in my driving habits. What made the situation even more frustrating was that points were actively dropping off my license during this time, which should have reduced my premium. I called customer service multiple times to ask for a breakdown or justification, and I was repeatedly given vague answers or told that it was “just the market.” No real effort was made to retain me as a customer or help me understand the increases. Eventually, I had enough and started shopping around. I ended up switching to another provider that offered me significantly better coverage at a much lower rate—almost $70/month less—with better customer service and transparency. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for consistent pricing or responsive support. I’m relieved to be done with them.

I found myself in a pickle needing roadside assistance in Georgia and discovered I didn't have my ID cards on me. A call to my Sipsma State Farm office got my policy number and new ID cards sent to me right away. Thank you so much Michelle!
